Nicholls & Co is an award-winning wedding planning and styling company based in Dunedin, creating beautifully curated weddings and events throughout Otago and Southland.
Founded by Rachel and Josh Nicholls, we are known for refined styling, seamless coordination and thoughtfully designed celebrations. From on the day coordination and wedding planning to bespoke styling, furniture hire, lighting and bar services, we bring every element together to create an effortless experience for you and your guests.
Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a large-scale celebration, our focus is simple – creating timeless weddings that feel personal, beautifully considered and unforgettable.

Rachel
Wedding and Event Planner
Founder and lead planner Rachel Nicholls is passionate about creating thoughtful weddings and events that are as seamless as they are beautiful. With a hands-on approach, a creative eye and a love for the finer details, she works closely with every client to bring their vision to life and ensure they can truly enjoy the celebration.
Josh
Logistics Manager
Josh Nicholls is the Logistics Manager at Nicholls & Co and the driving force behind the scenes. From managing installations and event logistics to ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard, Josh plays a key role in bringing each celebration to life. Known for his calm nature and practical approach, he helps ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Zara
Wedding and events Operations Manager
Zara is the Wedding and Events Operations Manager at Nicholls & Co. With years of experience as a wedding planner, she brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a passion for creating seamless celebrations. Known for her organised approach and attention to detail, Zara works closely with clients and suppliers to ensure every wedding and event is thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed.
Charlie
Event Crew
Charlie is an integral part of the Nicholls & Co event crew and our ultimate all-rounder. With an eager attitude and a smile always close by, Charlie is happiest when he's helping bring events to life. Whether he's loading and unloading the vans, setting up for an event or welcoming clients at the warehouse, his positive approach and willingness to lend a hand make him a valued member of the team.
Aleisha
Event Coordinator
Aleisha is one of our Event Coordinators and is known for her can-do attitude, quick thinking and ability to make things happen. Always bringing plenty of personality and a great sense of humour, she thrives under pressure and is committed to ensuring every event runs smoothly. Her positive energy and determination make her a favourite with both clients and the team.
Leanne
Event Coordinator
Leanne is one of our Event Coordinators and brings years of industry experience to the Nicholls & Co team. As the owner of Remotelea Creative, she combines creativity with exceptional organisation and efficiency. Always one step ahead, Leanne has a remarkable ability to anticipate what's needed before anyone even realises it. Her calm approach, attention to detail and dedication to getting the job done make her an invaluable part of creating seamless events.
Cam
Bar Staff
Cam is a valued member of our bar team and brings a calm, fun and friendly energy to every event. Always smiling and ready for a chat, you'll often find him behind the bar serving up delicious cocktails and ensuring guests are well looked after. His relaxed nature and positive attitude make him a favourite with both clients and guests, and we're lucky to have him as part of the Nicholls & Co team.

Event Assistant
October is an invaluable part of the Nicholls & Co team and brings an incredible work ethic to every event. As an Event Assistant, she is always looking ahead to ensure everything runs smoothly and no detail is overlooked. With a can-do attitude and a smile never far away, October approaches every challenge with enthusiasm and positivity, making her a much-loved member of the team.
