Complete the enquiry form on our website with your wedding date, venue or preferred location, estimated guest numbers and the services or hire items you are interested in.
We will check availability and recommend the best next step for your wedding.
-
We recommend getting in touch as soon as you have confirmed your wedding date and venue. Popular dates, particularly during the summer wedding season, can book well in advance.
Full and partial wedding planning are most valuable when we are involved early, but on-the-day coordination may still be available later.
-
Absolutely. Many couples combine wedding planning or coordination with styling, furniture and décor hire, bar service, glassware and other event elements.
Bringing several services together through Nicholls & Co can create a more cohesive result and reduce the number of separate suppliers you need to manage.
-
Yes. Your wedding date and selected services or hire items are not secured until the required deposit has been paid and any relevant agreement has been completed.
An enquiry, proposal or provisional discussion does not guarantee availability.

We offer full wedding planning, partial planning, on-the-day coordination, wedding design and styling, and individual Wedding Sessions.
The right service depends on how much you have already organised, how involved you would like to be and where you need the most support.
-
Full wedding planning supports you throughout the complete planning journey, from the early decisions and supplier bookings through to the wedding day.
Partial planning is designed for couples who have already organised some elements but need professional help completing the remaining plans, managing suppliers and connecting all the details.
We can discuss where you are in the process and recommend the best option.ption

On-the-day coordination is for couples who have planned their own wedding but want an experienced professional to bring everything together.
Before the wedding, we review your plans and timeline, liaise with your suppliers and identify any missing details. On the day, we manage the schedule, coordinate suppliers, direct guest movement, cue important moments and quietly solve problems behind the scenes.
The aim is simple: you should be the guest of honour, not the host.
-
A venue coordinator generally focuses on the venue, its staff and the services provided by that venue. A wedding coordinator works for you and oversees the complete celebration.
We coordinate with all your suppliers, manage your overall timeline, oversee ceremony and reception transitions, support the wedding party and keep track of the details that sit outside the venue’s responsibilities.
The two roles can work extremely well together, but they are not usually the same service.
-
Yes. Many couples come to us after making their major bookings.
We can review what has already been arranged, identify any gaps and help complete the remaining plans. We will also make sure your suppliers, timeline, floor plan, styling and practical logistics work together.
-
Yes. Depending on your selected service, we can create or review your wedding timeline, develop a practical floor plan and recommend trusted suppliers.
Our recommendations are based on your location, budget, priorities and wedding style rather than giving every couple the same standard list.

Wedding planning focuses on the organisation and logistics needed to make your celebration run smoothly.
Wedding styling focuses on how the day looks and feels, including the colour palette, furniture, linens, décor, lighting, signage and table settings.
Many weddings benefit from both services, allowing the practical and visual elements to work together.
-
Yes. You do not need to come to us with a finished theme or a perfect Pinterest board.
We can help identify what you are naturally drawn to, refine your ideas and develop a clear visual direction that suits you, your venue and your budget. We also help ensure the individual elements work together as one cohesive design.

Yes. We can help estimate your beverage quantities based on your guest numbers, event duration, drinks menu, season and the drinking preferences of your guests.
Alcohol estimates are always a guide rather than a guarantee, but careful planning can reduce the risk of running out or significantly over-ordering.
-
This depends on your venue and the conditions of your event.
For BYO weddings, we can assist with estimated quantities, chilling, glassware, staffing and service arrangements. You will need to confirm your venue’s requirements and ensure the event meets any applicable alcohol-licensing conditions.
